Scrape XML feed

I am an experienced python programmer and have rich experience in web crawling. I check the website and the XML feed provide. It seems that we can get all the data from the xml and I just have to write a python class to get this xml and parse it. To finish the project, I have the following questions: 1. Will the xml feed update realtime? 2. This xml file seem quite huge. Normal XML libraries will load the file into memory, do we have memory limit?
