Hey — saw your post about selling a Calgary Real Estate Agent list and asking people to quote their best price. The tricky part here is making sure buyers clearly understand the value of the list so you don’t get lowballed or waste time with random offers. Quick question before I suggest how I’d position this: How many agents are on the list, and does it include emails, phone numbers, or any segmentation (brokerage, area, sales volume, etc.)? I’ve helped package and sell similar niche contact databases before, so I know what serious buyers usually look for and what details move the price up.
