I’m gearing up a phone campaign aimed at Subto, pre-foreclosure, vacant or otherwise distressed single-family homes that can be turned into wholesale opportunities. My goal is not just to warm up leads but to get contracts signed, so every conversation should move the seller decisively toward a yes. I don’t have a script in place yet. Part of your assignment will be to help me craft one that handles objections, frames the subject-to structure clearly, and positions an all-cash or creative offer as the best exit for the homeowner. Once we lock the script, you’ll jump on the dialer (Mojo, ZenCall, or whatever system you prefer) and start working through a list that you create using my guidelines . I expect you to: • Build the call flow and rebuttals with me, refining after the first few sessions. • Dial daily, update notes in my CRM, and flag hot prospects immediately. • Keep a running tally of offers made, follow-ups scheduled, and contracts secured so we can measure close rate in real time.
