I’m ready to delegate the day-to-day flow of my residential real estate business so I can focus on closing deals. Your core responsibilities will be threefold: first, keeping every listing up to date—price changes, photos, status updates—across the MLS, the major real-estate portals, and any social channels we decide to leverage. Second, you will be the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents, fielding calls, emails, and messages with a warm, professional tone and logging everything in our CRM. Third, you’ll own my calendar: confirming showings, coordinating inspections, and blocking time for client meetings without conflicts. Because many of my properties cater to veterans, an important part of the role involves reaching out to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and related housing programs when listings may qualify, then following through on any required paperwork or documentation to ensure those buyers are fully supported. I’ll provide access to my MLS account, marketing templates, and the existing client database. In return I expect: • All active listings fully updated by 10 a.m. ET each business day • Response to new customer inquiries within one business hour • A weekly summary report outlining listing activity, scheduled appointments, and VA outreach progress Familiarity with standard real-estate tools (MLS, Zillow, [login to view URL] dashboards, Facebook Marketplace, Calendly, and a cloud-based CRM such as HubSpot or Follow Up Boss) will help you hit the ground running, but I’m happy to onboard the right person. Clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine respect for veteran homebuyers are non-negotiable.
