Freelance Recruiters for Wealth and Financial Services

Hrizen is looking for experienced freelance recruiters based in India to help us close approximately 100 open positions for our clients in the Wealth Management and Financial Services sectors. Open positions include: * Wealth Relationship Managers * Senior Relationship Managers * Cluster Managers * Area/Regional Managers * Investment and Portfolio Advisory roles * Other sales and leadership positions in Wealth Management Key responsibilities: * Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, personal databases and professional networks. * Screen candidates for relevant wealth-management experience, location, current compensation, expected compensation and notice period. * Assess experience in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients and selling investment products. * Verify each candidate’s interest before submitting the profile. * Coordinate interviews and regularly follow up with candidates until joining. * Maintain accurate candidate status and recruitment updates in our ATS. * Work on multiple positions and locations simultaneously. * Submit only relevant, genuinely interested and non-duplicate candidates. Preferred freelancer profile: * Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, NBFC, Asset Management or Financial Services. * Strong network of Relationship Managers and wealth-management professionals across India. * Prior experience hiring candidates from private banks, wealth-management firms, brokerage houses, AMCs, family offices or investment-advisory companies. * Access to active sourcing channels, job portals and candidate databases. * Ability to manage high-volume and mid-to-senior-level hiring. * Strong communication, screening, coordination and follow-up skills. * Individual freelance recruiters and small recruitment teams may apply. This is a long-term, performance-oriented engagement with multiple ongoing positions. Commercial terms may be agreed on a per-position or successful-joining basis. Generic proposals without relevant BFSI or Wealth Management recruitment experience may not be considered.
