This project covers the entire journey from attracting German-based clients to seeing their employees finish our online German course. First, new business must be generated inside Germany. Social-media outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram, paired with targeted email marketing, will be the core channels. Copy, creatives, audience selection and campaign optimisation are all part of the scope; weekly lead reports will track progress. Once prospects convert, every step of the training lifecycle moves under your coordination—screening and enrolling participants, scheduling live online classes, distributing learning materials, monitoring attendance and progress, and issuing completion certificates. The aim is a seamless hand-off between sales and learning so that clients experience one smooth, branded process from the first touchpoint through course completion. Deliverables • Monthly LinkedIn & Instagram content calendar, ads and performance summary • Three-stage email sequence (lead nurture, conversion, onboarding) with open- and click-rate metrics • Candidate/learner shortlist with agreed enrolment criteria • Cohort timetable, access links and onboarding kit • Mid-course progress dashboard and final completion report for each client All work should comply with GDPR and platform policies.
