I am originally from Kyiv, Ukraine. I've been working for Samsung as a recruiter and HRM. Later I joined the German IT startup in Kyiv as an HRM. I was looking for a new office in Kyiv as our team doubled, so I can share my thoughts/realtor contacts with you if you want to find a new office (and good office means a lot for UA developers). Also, I created legal / accounting / financial framework for the company, to make everything transparent and clear (contracts, banking, NDA etc), so I think this may be useful. I can refer my accountant and legal advisor if needed (ENG). It is hard to find a team to work remotely and then to make them move to the office. If your plan is to stick to up to 7-10 people I'd recommend starting with the remote office, as many Upwork teams from Ukraine already do. Of course, it will depend on the projected workload.
