I’m setting up a social-welfare initiative that concentrates on employment support for young female graduates, and I need a specialist who can design and run an effective job-placement program from scratch. Scope of work • Map current market demand, then create a pipeline of graduate-friendly openings geared toward women beginning their careers. • Craft placement pathways that cover sourcing roles, matching candidates, arranging interviews, and securing offers. • Build relationships with HR teams and hiring managers to guarantee a steady flow of vacancies. • Track placement outcomes so we can measure impact and fine-tune the service. Key goals for success 1. At least ten partner employers confirmed within the first month. 2. First cohort of graduates placed within six weeks of project launch. 3. Clear reporting dashboard that shows progress, conversion rates, and participant feedback. You should already have a network or proven strategy for connecting graduates to jobs, and be comfortable collaborating online so we can iterate quickly. If you have experience working with women’s employment programmes, that will help us hit the ground running.
