Hi I have read job description carefully. I have done these type of work before. If you have sample building, I an do easily render the video (more realistic) in Unity3D. Actually Unity 3d Cenimachine and Timelinne features give the best output for these type of work. You Will get better output in short time. I have done various video recording using this technology.
