Hey there, I model the glove in 3dsMax Software and UV unwrap the model for projecting Texture maps. i model the high poly and low poly (for game ready) and also a medium number of polys according to where you want the file to be rendered(eg: Game engine(for games) , Ads or movies in Editing software).
