DevExpress SQL Report Templates Development

I have a set of finished layouts—invoice, purchase order, packing slip, and export invoice—that now need to be recreated as fully-functional DevExpress reports. All data will come from our SQL database, and the finished .repx files must include both conditional formatting rules and the custom calculations already defined in the source documents. You will receive: • The existing design files (PDF and sample data) for each layout • Field mappings to the underlying SQL tables and views • A brief on the specific business rules driving the calculations and highlight conditions What I need back is a clean set of DevExpress report definitions ready to drop into our solution, visually identical to the originals and tested against the provided SQL data. Please note any DevExpress version requirements in your proposal and outline your typical turnaround time per layout so we can plan our release schedule.
