You are required to choose a case study to investigate client/server implementation. You are required to conduct a case study on organizations that have adopted client/server technology in order to extract managerial prescriptions for best practices in evaluating, developing and implementing effective client/server system any organization such as you tube, google, facebook and yahoo or any others . This report consists of 3 sections. Firstly, define the term client and server(client- concept and server- concept). Secondly, Different servers do different jobs, from serving email and video to protecting internal networks and hosting Web sites. Learn about the many types of servers used today(list down and discuss several servers and their function). Thirdly, investigate the chosen case study. Evaluation criteria: relevance to client server computing title/abstract okay provides motivation (problem significance) bibliography adequacy (number and quality of references) technical depth (too technical, too shallow?) technical content clarity, structure, style spelling, grammar, English typos plagiarism max 25% 8 to 12 pages max Time given (4 days) thanks all.
