Job Description Management Consulting Internship Northville Position Summary: Management Consulting Intern supporting Tsetinis US Consulting Team with everyday tasks as outlined below Position Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: * Support collection and analysis of client provided data and information * Learn how to cleanse and compile large and disparate datasets * Learn how to develop dynamic models to support scenario testing * Help build models to support scenario testing (e.g., business case) * Perform data analyses and help interpret results * Participate in client/supplier visits, as needed * Provide recommendations in support of project objectives Client-Facing Responsibilities: * Help prepare for client meetings and workshops * Help prepare for supplier negotiations * Help prepare project documentation * Perform other duties, as assigned Essential Skills and Experience: * Must be a student (Sophomore or higher) currently enrolled in a four-year Engineering degree program at an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 scale * Prior experience working on and / or leading project teams * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong analytical skills * Exposure to manufacturing processes * Proficiency in using Excel, Powerpoint, and Word Preferred Skills and Experience: * Willingness to travel * Intellectual curiosity * Ability to take direction, coaching, and feedback * Demonstrated strengths in problem solving * Thoughtful, articulate, and polished communicator * High energy, proactive, and ability to anticipate challenges and next steps ZF North America, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
