Hi there! I'm about the enter my final year of studying Sociology with Gender and Development Studies. Besides my direct involvement in advocacy through being exposed to various activities with the UN, Rotary, and other local projects, I enjoy research. I love doing research centered around gender politics, advocacy, and women's rights. I have recently completed multiple gender-based analytical papers as course requirements, one task that I had to complete was the production of a policy brief based on a gendered issue. This required me to scan through various policies (existent and nonexistent) of Caribbean countries while coming up with creative ideas to create a gender-sensitive space. I think my familiarity and passion for deconstructing in-depth studies (especially within this field) will make be a viable candidate for this project.
