Back in 2017, I founded Byte by Byte with a singular purpose: To help software engineers ace their interviews and land their dream jobs. After interview and working as a software engineer myself, I learned the hard way that the skills that are applicable to the job rarely translate into success in interviewing. So I started to do 1:1 coaching and create trainings to help software engineers interview more effectively. I'm looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication and research skills. You will be helping me to conduct a variety of research tasks to aid in both developing new products and revamping existing products. You will be helping me with a wide variety of research tasks including surveys, online research, interviews with students/potential students, etc. so willingness to learn and stretch outside your comfort zone are absolute musts.
