This project requires phone contact with US Insurance Providers! I'm looking for a very skilled researcher with market research experience and strong organization skills to research the following: - The information drone insurance companies need from visitors to provide a quote. - What their clients must have in order for these companies to provide insurance (license, etc). - What types of insurance each provider provides. - What the different price scales they have (based on weight of drone, based on experience of pilot, etc). - What information is consistent across all providers (what is common info that all drone insurance providers need to know to provide a basic quote. VERY IMPORTANT! This is a question I want you to specifically ask a knowledgable member of their staff. You can probably get this from their websites, but I will need you to validate exactly what the miminum information they need in order to make an initial estimate. - A detailed report on how each provider costs out their insurance plans. This will require talking to agents for each provider. (This will require gathering complete details of the information that is collected from each provider when they are providing quotes. This also includes following up or contacting them on the phone to ask questions about their policy.) I need this information organized in a way that we can see exactly what customer data gathering details are consistent across all providers. I need to see that common minimum amount of information they need in order to provide a quote. I need to be able to see all of the different types of insurance each provider carries I need to be able to see all of the different cost structures of each provider so that we can create a common classification and apply rates for each provider for each classification. This will require you to submit drone and/or pilot information for each of these providers in order to understand their full process and how they cost out their insurance plans.

I am familiar with UAVs or drones and have established relationships with a few US and UK based companies that sell/lease planes and provide surveillance/monitoring services. I perform the research and analysis necessary to determine what information is required by UAV insurers in order to provide a quote. I will include all of types of coverage available and the various criteria that determines the rates. I will assemble this information in cost analyses for at least 15 insurers using common templates for the plane/pilot to ensure the rates are comparable.
