Hi Mate, I have 15+ years of experience in Sever virtualization and past three years working in automation using vRealize automation, which using Rest API's of vCenter, IPAM, ... as you know ESXi doesn't have REST Api, we have to use vCenter API. from vCenter API you can get all you mentioned requirement. please msg me for further discussion
