Comprehensive Home Interior Design

I’m ready to move from basic floor plans to a fully documented, build-ready interior package for my new Sydney home. The look I’m after is unmistakably Modern, and every drawing you prepare has to speak that language while still being practical enough for the builder, electrician and factory floor. Scope of work I will send you the architectural floorplan and some exterior renders as the base. From there I need a coordinated set that covers: • Reflected ceiling plans for the living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen, coordinated with lighting points, AC grilles etc. • Joinery drawings detailed to manufacturing level: custom cabinetry in living areas, built-in wardrobes for each bedroom, full kitchen cabinets (island, pantry, appliance towers, etc.) with an integrated lighting plan. • Lighting layout and schedules, keyed directly to the RCP and joinery. • Complete MEP plans—electrical, mechanical, plumbing—ready for on-site use. • Photorealistic 3D interior renders that match the construction drawings so everyone can visualise the finish. Key expectations Accuracy is critical; factories will cut panels straight from your shop drawings, and trades will wire and plumb from the prints. I will share the set with each contractor, collect their comments and feed them back to you, so the fee needs to cover a reasonable round of revisions until everything is signed off. Preferred file formats are DWG/Revit for plans and sections, PDF for issue sets, and high-res JPEG/PNG for the renders. If you model in SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar, that’s fine so long as the production drawings stay clean in AutoCAD/Revit. Once you’re onboard I’ll forward the current plans.
