Hola espero te encuentres muy bien, soy Arquitecta especializada en Modelado con la metodología BIM, entiendo que no buscas nada a detalle, por lo que podemos trabajar en un LOD 100, que significa nivel de detalle bajo, que es lo que necesitas según la descripción, podemos llegar a un acuerdo de pago que nos sirva a los dos, los tiempos de entrega los adapto al cliente, pero usualmente me demoro entre 5 a 7 días para entregar y cuando revises y si necesitas algún cambio, lo podemos realizar sin problema y esta incluido en el precio, espero que podamos hacer un gran equipo.
