Or if a GC can tackle project solo using a preapproved ADU LA plan(cheapest method, no additional fees or need for standalone design). Though most of my ADU experience has been in rural areas rather than urban ones like yours, I have various professional land surveyor that can assist with establishing property lines for setbacks.
