I have extensive experience in structural steel design, seismic analysis, and manufacturing documentation for steel structures and heavy mechanical systems. One of my most demanding projects was the structural design and analysis of a 32-ton lead-shielded nuclear reactor door for the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant. I performed the static structural analysis in SolidWorks Simulation and the seismic analysis in SAP2000, validating the door under earthquake loading conditions. I also designed and analyzed a 15×8 m two-story steel office building, including full structural calculations and manufacturing drawings. Other projects include the structural design of a 100 t/h coal washing plant for Uysal Madencilik, the structural frame of a 10-ton lathe machine, steel lifting systems for 500 kg–3 ton pump cranes, and the FEA of a 31-ton Şişecam glass lifting beam, verified by both hand calculations and computer simulation. I also designed belt presses, vibrating screens, hydraulic pallet crushers, and other industrial steel structures. For this project, I would create the structural model in SolidWorks and perform the structural analysis in SAP2000, delivering engineering calculations together with fabrication-ready drawings.
