I’ve just finished the structural phase of a new house (ground floor) and now need a complete interior concept that stays true to a timeless, Traditional aesthetic. The scope covers three key spaces—Living Room, Bedrooms, and Kitchen—so everything from sight-lines to material transitions needs to feel cohesive. Here’s what I’m expecting: • Concept stage: mood boards, colour palette suggestions, and reference imagery that clearly communicate the overall Traditional look and feel. • Space planning: annotated floor plans that show furniture layout, circulation, and focal points for the living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen. • Visualisation: high-quality 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion—your choice) or detailed hand-drawn perspectives so I can sign off on finishes and millwork before we move to procurement. • Specification pack: furniture schedule, fixture/lighting list, and material call-outs with sourcing links or local alternatives. • Final documentation: dimensioned drawings in DWG/PDF (AutoCAD or Revit welcome) and a concise style guide to keep contractors on track during build-out.
