Versatile Interior Design Collaboration

I’m seeking an experienced architectural designer to team up with me on a range of interior projects. The work is strictly interior-focused and may involve any space in a home—living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, or whichever area the client prioritises—so adaptability is key. My clients rarely stick to a single aesthetic; they look for a thoughtful blend that borrows the clean lines of Modern, the warmth of Traditional, and the restrained elegance of Minimalist design. Your job will be to help translate that cross-style brief into clear design solutions, from concept sketches and mood boards through to detailed floor plans, material palettes, and presentation-ready 3D visuals. I handle client communication and overall project management; you concentrate on the creative and technical design work. Proficiency with common interior-design toolsets (AutoCAD or Revit for plans, SketchUp or 3ds Max for modelling, and Adobe Suite for boards) will streamline our workflow, but if you have an equivalent stack that achieves the same quality, I’m open to it. Deliverables for each assignment will typically include: • Concept board illustrating the blended style direction • Scaled floor plan with furniture layout • Two or more photorealistic renders per key space • Finishes and fixtures schedule in an editable format I review every submission against the agreed concept and functional requirements; once approved, we move to the next room or project.
