Seeking Licensed Insurance Adjuster (Alabama Preferred) We are looking for a licensed insurance adjuster or property loss professional familiar with residential property valuation, site impacts, and risk assessment to review documentation related to an ongoing municipal property matter in Alabama. The project involves: Reviewing property photos, surveys, and supporting documents Providing a signed statement to include summarization of findings regarding property impact/value considerations Ideal candidates should have: Experience with residential property claims or inspections Understanding of how site conditions and property changes can affect value, drainage, usability, or risk Active adjuster license required This is a paid freelance project.
