I need a working prototype of a compact pool-cleaning robot designed, built, and shipped to Pune by 20 March. Its two core tasks are debris collection across the pool floor and reliable wall-climbing so it can scrub and vacuum vertical surfaces as well. The unit must run on a rechargeable battery pack—no cords in the water—and be steered with a simple handheld RF remote (forward, reverse, left, right, start/stop). A smartphone app or timer isn’t necessary; keeping the hardware lean is key because the entire build, plus packing and freight, must stay within an 18 k INR ceiling. I’m open to clever use of 3-D printed housings, sealed brushed or BLDC thrusters, and readily available filters to hit that cost target while ensuring waterproof integrity. Good buoyancy control, stable traction on smooth tiles, and easy-to-empty onboard debris storage will be important for real-world usability. Deliverables 1. Fully assembled, water-tested robot cleaned, dried, and boxed for shipment. 2. A brief video that shows it operating in a pool, climbing a wall, and collecting visible debris. 3. Source package: wiring diagram, CAD/STL files, firmware or controller code, complete parts list with supplier links and prices. 4. Quick-start user guide covering charging, remote pairing, cleaning routines, and maintenance. I’ll approve milestones at design sign-off, mid-build demo, and final dispatch. Please factor fabrication time, burn-in testing, and courier transit so the box lands in Pune no later than 20 March. Hi I cant help but notice a glaring flaw in your design. Getting a wireless signal to work underwater is very hard and unreliable as chorinated pool water is conductive and shields from EM waves . Thats why most submersible robots are tethered and not wireless. I do have some ideas to circumvent this issue. Feel free to reach out.
