Add Person Into Ritual Video

My HD MP4 footage shows a ritual ceremony with one empty seat. I have a clear, full-body photo of the intended guest and I need that person convincingly placed in the vacant spot, interacting naturally with the surroundings and the ongoing activity. You will handle the full compositing process: motion-tracking the shot, matching perspective and lighting, creating any shadows or reflections, and grading the insert so it blends seamlessly with the scene. Rotoscoping of nearby participants may be required to ensure correct layering. I’ll supply the raw video and the high-resolution JPEG/PNG of the person. Please return a clean, ready-to-share final video in the same HD MP4 format plus any project files (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) so minor tweaks can be made later. Let me know your preferred software and the turnaround you can commit to, and feel free to flag any additional assets or reference angles you might need.
