Dynamic Sales Manager for Noodle/Pasta Expansion

I run a noodles and pasta manufacturing plant and am ready to push our products deep into madhya pradesh and it's neighbouring states. To do this, I need a sales manager who lives and breathes retail distribution and already commands and active network of food category distributors. Your mission is straightforward: secure shelf space, sign stocking agreements and accelerate primary/secondary sales through your existing channels. Along the way you'll map territory potential, plan trade promotions and keep me updated through regular CRM and excel reports. Deliverables I will track - - Five new distributors tie-ups in MP within 60days, then two per month in adjoining states - A clear quarterly sales plan with volume forecasts, pricing and promo calendar - Fortnightly progress reports detailing primary sales, receivables and market feedback.
