Telesales Telemarketing Cold calling

I’ve been in telemarketing industry for about 8yrs now. I am an Operations Manager of Pink Trumpet Telemarketing Services. I handled different types of campaign like online listing, TELCO, Appointment setting, Stock market, FX campaign and a lot more. Credit Card pulling campaigns, hardcore selling campaigns and challenging campaigns is something that is not new to me. I know a lot of guys who is doing really great in campaigns that they had, but only few of us made it to be consistent in different campaigns. Being hardworking is this field is not enough to be on the pedestal, a good telemarketer needs to master the art of creating the needs so you can count yourself as a real performer. That’s what I did in almost 8yrs being in this industry. I always put my heart in every single thing I do just to make sure that the quality of the works of my hands is more than what is enough ,or if not, the best. One thing I can be proud about is, I’ve been a consistent top performer not only in a campaign or a company but in all companies that I had in my telemarketing career.
