Call Center Representative (Crypto Exchange)

ENGLISH We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our crypto exchange team. Position Details: Full-time position 5 days per week Fixed salary: 45,000 TL per month Commission: 2% from every investment you bring in Performance-based bonuses available Responsibilities: Contact potential clients and introduce our crypto trading platform Re-engage inactive users and convert leads into active investors Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide accurate information about our services Follow up consistently to maximize client investment potential Requirements: Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written) is mandatory Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience in call center, sales, or financial services preferred Knowledge or interest in cryptocurrency markets is a plus Target-oriented and commission-motivated mindset We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to grow with us and earn high commissions based on performance.
