I own CrudStudio Pvt Ltd, a development house that builds custom websites and mobile apps, and I’m looking for a results-driven sales professional to grow our client base. Your focus will be on securing e-commerce projects from the USA, UAE and Canada. You’ll take charge of the full acquisition cycle: prospecting on LinkedIn or through cold outreach, running discovery calls to capture requirements, pitching our services with clarity, and guiding each opportunity through negotiation until the contract is signed. Once a deal is closed you’ll remain the main point of contact during onboarding so the hand-off to the production team is seamless. Compensation is entirely performance-based: you earn 15 – 20 % of every project you close, released in the same milestones in which we receive client payments. There is no ceiling on your earnings, and the relationship is intended to be long-term. Success in a similar B2B sales or lead-generation role, confident English communication, and a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset are essential.
