Commission-Based Technical Sales Executive for IT Services Projects

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive / Commission-Based Sales Partner to help us acquire IT services projects related to software development, including web applications, SaaS platforms, and custom software solutions. Your responsibility will be to find potential clients, handle sales discussions, close deals, and hand over clear, written project requirements (scope, features, timeline, and budget). Once the requirements are finalized, our technical team will take full ownership of design, development, delivery, and deployment. You will not be involved in coding or execution. This is a long-term, remote partnership for professionals experienced in IT services sales. Commission Structure: First 3 projects: 12–15% commission After 3 successful projects: 15–20% commission Example: On a ₹3,00,000 project, commission will be ₹36,000–₹45,000, paid milestone-wise after client payments are received.
