Field Sales Rep for Products

Description: We're looking for local field sales freelancers to sell our packaged food products (dry fruits, spices) to supermarkets, kirana stores, chai tapris, and small stalls in your city/area. This is a commission-only, work-on-your-own-time role — no fixed salary, no investment or stock required from your side. What you'll do: Visit supermarkets, kirana stores, chai tapris, and stalls in your area Show product samples/catalog to the shop owner and get them interested Take the order (quantity + shop details) Share the order and shop contact with us — we handle delivery and billing How you get paid: Commission is a percentage of the order value, paid after the shop's payment is received Paid per confirmed order — the more shops you sign up, the more you earn Bonus commission on repeat orders from shops you've onboarded (for the first 3 months) Payout via bank transfer/UPI, within [X days] of order payment clearing Who we're looking for: Based in [city/region] with willingness to visit local shops Comfortable with door-to-door/in-person shop visits Prior FMCG/grocery sales experience preferred but not required Own transport (bike/scooter) a plus To apply: Share your area of operation and any past field sales experience.
