We are an insulation installer based in the UK, we have an exclusive area ( COUNTY) to manage called the EAST MIDLANDS. Our website is : [login to view URL] We are looking for freelancer that has very good command of English and is willing to work hard in obtaining us sales leads which if generated into a live job the freelancer who will be awarded this project will earn between £25 to £50 per live job. A Live job is one house which we get an order to Install our new spray foam insulation. So the person who is awarded this project will need to have very good command of English, geographical understanding of the East Midlands and be willing to work hard . The first sectors we will be aiming to get work from are : Private Landlords ( people who have more than 3 properties ) Letting Agents - who manage multiple properties for landlords. Housing Associations - who hold 100's of houses to house social welfare tenants. So the freelancer who wins this must start his or her own sales approach in these sectors and within the geographical sector stated. They will have to create, liaise, and confirm pre-inspection of the lead generated. I have awarded this project as a micro project of 10 -50 USD and that will only be paid once we have had an approach from your sales lead that you have generated. So do not ask for any payments up front as we will not entertain it. This could be a very lucrative earner for the right person who is willing to devote his or her time and this is a long term project , remember every sales lead that becomes a live job - you will earn commission and between £25 to £50 per live job is alot.
