To support our international expansion we are seeking a German/English speaking Business Manager. You will be responsible for the entire sales journey for prospects and clients, and establishing lead generating partnerships in Germany. You will be the first point of contact for new potential clients and take them through the entire sales process yourself, aiming to sweep the client off their feet. Together with the team you will work on the development of the sales process to improve the quality of our service and find gains in our efficiency. You are always critical of what we do and how we do it and love to find hacks that would allow us to assist even more clients without sacrificing the quality of our customer service. You will be able to take ownership of an important part of the business and as the primary contact you will also be able to take the credit after delivery of service. You will be the one receiving the thank you notes, flowers and chocolates. As long as you share those with the team your job will be a lot of fun. Responsibilities - Build new relationships with lead generating partners and maintain existing ones - Be the first point of contact for new prospects and advise them on the best solutions for their business - Host discovery and sales meetings with prospects and close deals (co)-Host webinars or attend as a speaker to share insights about our industry that will add value to our core clients - Actively follow up with old clients and prospects who previously did not quality for our services to maintain a healthy buffer of qualified leads or receive a referral - Collaborate with the after sales team to ensure we deliver the highest level of service and update the client frequently about the status of their case - Collaborate with the senior management and other Business Managers to find quality and efficiency improvements for the business - Ensure the client is always happy and always make them feel like a VIP Requirements - Fluent in German and English. - Fluent in Dutch or French is preferred but not required - Minimum of 3 years experience in SME sales in Germany - Experience in VAT, Tax or international incorporation is preferred but not required - Available 35 hours per week - Able to be on 4-6 sales calls per day - Hands on mentality and not afraid to get your hands dirty - Must truly enjoy making people feel like VIPs - Familiar with online business culture is preferred Confident with public speaking is preferred What we offer - Remote work opportunity with flexible working hours - Competitive base salary - Uncapped commission structure - Young dynamic work environment with nomads and high achievers that each support each other - Possibility to develop skills in other areas of the business Next steps After you have successfully gone through the hiring process we will provide a two week onboarding and training program.
