Lead Generation - Target Australian Schools for SaaS

We are a provider of a software service to Schools. We are looking for a freelancer who is highly proficient at English to organise leads for a list of schools that we will provide. We have attempted to find contact details for some schools but not all We are currently developing a lead generation and sales process which will be provided to the successful freelancer Freelancer must be able to call Australian Schools where required. Ability to sound Australian would be an advantage but is not essential. An IMAP email address will be provided to the freelancer to enable contact with schools. (this can be accessed on phone/outlook or via web browser) Payment will be by a retainer and commission as follows (freelancer to make the bid for each component). All bids to be made in AUD per item, freelancer will convert to your local currency) 1. Contact Detail Update - Freelancer may need to contact schools by email/phone to obtain contact details and update our list (a small fee per updated contact will be payable) :Bid $ per school contact details updated 2. Information Provided to schools: school contacted and confirmed they would like further information. Freelancer to provide details of who they spoke to (or via email) and results of discussion: Bid $ per school who wanted further information Bid $ per school who were not interested 3. Meeting Set: Meetings will be set with schools for a sales rep to attend. Bid $ per school accepting a meeting with a sales rep [login to view URL] Sale: Some schools may be willing to sign up to our service without a sales rep attending the site. We have an active website with all required information and can provide the schools a demo log-in to our system. If the freelancer can close the sale without a sales rep attending, we would pay the freelancer a sales commission when the school becomes a paying customer. Bid $ per sale The role will commence part time in October/November and target local schools in Western Australia as we will be in our beta release this year. Once we have progressed the beta sufficiently, we will move to mass marketing the entire Australian school base with a view to target the largest schools first (we have this information). Each month we will agree targets with the approved freelancer and create weekly milestones based on results by the freelancer against these targets. Milestones will be released 50% on achievement and 50% 2 months later on validation that the school remained with our service and were happy with the sales process.
