Looking for Expert Sales Person / Cold Caller

My name is Cris Ochavez Zamora, everyone calls me Chanel. I've been doing Sales for 12 years in combination of Customer Service, Escalations and Retention. I used to be an Escalation Supervisor where I train my people on how to properly handle escalated contacts and pacify difficult customers. The last post I had was a Sales Supervisor of 4 years where I also train my team on how to pitch & create customer needs, position an offer, handle stalls and objections and eventually close the sale.
