Example: Cifheal-200LB offers approx 72-74% discount on MRP for retailers/doctors. Lucrative Bulk Deals: We have ready-to-pitch schemes (e.g., Buy 100 Boxes, Get 10 Free) that act as strong closing hooks. Logistics & Trust: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Pan-India fast delivery (4-5 days), and live order tracking. This removes the "risk" objection from new clients. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: Conduct cold and warm calls to a provided list of Doctors, Chemists, and Wholesalers. Consultative Selling: Analyze the client's needs and pitch the appropriate segment price list (Doctor vs. Retailer vs. Wholesaler). Order Closure: Push for volume orders using our specific "Special Deals" (e.g., the 15+1 or 35+3 box schemes). CRM Management: Log all interactions and update lead status daily. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 2 years in Pharmaceutical Sales (Telesales preferred). Knowledge of molecules like Cefixime, Pantoprazole, and Aceclofenac is a strong plus. Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (Regional languages like Bengali, Telugu, or Marathi are a bonus). Skillset: Strong objection handling. You must be able to explain the "Direct-to-Customer" benefit clearly. Deliverables & KPI: Daily minimum connected calls: 50+ Daily minimum productive calls (Orders/Leads): No Targets. The commission is provided on the total value of the sales (More sale= More Commission) Reporting: Daily EOD report in Excel/CRM.
