Regional Business Development Head(WFH)

We are HR Services provide & starting a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vertical with a focus on the domestic market. We are looking for a Regional Business Development Head to own and build this RPO vertical.
Success measure of the role
We aim to be the preferred talent partner for mid-sized organizations in India. Your success measure would be the successful onboarding of mid-size organizations every month for whom we’ll handle their entire recruitment process.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing contacts, current expertise, cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and follow-up appointments.
Researching the prospects and generating leads.
Effectively communicating the value proposition of Congruence HR through proposals and presentations to the prospects
Lead nurturing, engagement, and closing sales.
Enhancing sales pipeline with referenceable customers.
Persuade clients to sign search contracts on an exclusive and/or retainer basis.
Provide accurate and detailed forecasts on weekly/ monthly funnel of identified and proposed customers to meet and exceed sales requirements.
Preparing the foundational Business Development elements such as preliminary documentation, designing the sales pitch, crafting the case studies, preparing the approach document, etc.
8-10 years of business development experience in a recruitment agency/staffing firm.
Proven business development manager who is used to working towards targets in the RPO industry.
Proven track record in Client Acquisition, business development, and winning new business.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads and placements.
