You line up the sessions, we deliver them live. Compensation is simple: I share a generous percentage of the net revenue you help us close. The more projects you lock in, the more you earn; there is no cap. What success looks like 1. You quickly identify and reach decision-makers—CTOs, engineering VPs, training coordinators, L&D managers—inside U.S. companies or training brokers. 2. You pitch our capabilities, qualify the deal, and hand it off once technical scoping or scheduling must begin. 3. We sign the contract, deliver, and you receive your agreed commission on each paid invoice.
