The task is straightforward: secure partnerships with local elementary schools for our after-school robotics initiative and close each agreement on a commission basis. I will supply a polished slide deck, demo robot, and all talking points—you bring the in-person energy, scheduling finesse, and deal-closing skills. Scope • Identify elementary campuses within reasonable driving distance and arrange appointments with principals or activity coordinators. • Conduct on-site presentations using the provided deck and live demo, answer questions, and handle objections on the spot. • Finalize written participation agreements and collect the initial program fee from each school. • Keep a simple outreach log (date, contact, status) so progress stays transparent. Commission Structure A fixed percentage of every confirmed school is paid immediately once the agreement and first payment clear. Details and rate are already set and will be shared in our kickoff call. Acceptance Criteria • Minimum of 3 signed school agreement per month after ramp-up. • All presentation materials used exactly as supplied. • Outreach log updated within 24 hours of each visit.
