Hi There, Upon reviewing the requirement we got to know that due to the wrong validation rule its getting stopped. To fix this we need to inactive the existing rule and reactivate it. This is the solution for this requirement and need to analyze sandbox settings in the route rule. The estimated hour is 40 to 50 man hours to complete the task.

Hi, the validation rule written on PO object is the cause. We can check on which condition this throws and can change or deactivate if not required. Please let me know, I can check with your sandbox if sandbox is as same as production. Thanks
