Senior SAP ABAP HCM Payroll Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP HCM Payroll Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting payroll-related customizations, schemas, rules, and integrations. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, technical development, and collaboration with functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs in SAP HCM Payroll Work extensively on Payroll Schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and Functions Develop and enhance Payroll Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF) Collaborate with functional consultants to understand payroll requirements and translate them into technical solutions Handle Payroll Integrations with third-party systems (banks, tax systems, benefits providers, etc.) Debug and resolve payroll-related issues, including retro calculations and off-cycle payroll Work on HR Forms, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and payslip generation Develop and optimize HR ABAP objects such as: Infotypes (PA/OM) Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE) HR Reports and Interfaces Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements Support year-end payroll activities and legal changes Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
