Completely Web Site

We are looking to clone parts of the following sites, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], WeddingOcean.com. to make a full working version for our self. Our company needs developing, building, and maintain a web site. I am not sure how to describe what we are looking for but I am going to try. Please see the attached file for what we are looking for. The site will be a an easy step-by-step web site process where the subscriber can select between about many different web layouts (templates), upload many picture per page, their own words, and titles, with wish list connecting to a e-Commerce system eg. VirtueMart So for example subscriber can chose between a baby website or a weeding website. Once selected they then start building their sit from the templates that I have set up. So lets say they chose a baby site, they subscriber would chose between many different baby themed pages (so maybe a Birthday page). Once the type of page is selected subscriber then decided how many picture they want to upload to their site. It is that simple. Subscriber needs the following Password and username A way to manage their sit/control panel. This is where they will add pages to their sit. Wish list Account and billing info Password for their site so that subscriber can give out their website info to their family and friends and they are the only ones that can access the site, they will not have administrative access. And some extra feature like other websites. (poll, map, guestbook,RSVP…) Our company needs for subscriber: A way to track what Customer A is doing and we need to have administrate access to their pages. Normal administrative features of the whole site Wish list – eCommerce connecting Our website will need the following features: 1. Order page (email and password, billing info, payment info) 2. The follow pages (Features, themes, order, FAQ, Contact, testimonials, privacy, terms and conditions, security, about us, other links) 3. A full tour of the 1-2-3 process (tour welcome page, chose themes page, customize page, add your photo page, personalize site page, order photos page, tour thanks page) 4. Payment methods using Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard 5. The Homepage will have a flash opening just like babywindows.com&[login to view URL] The main site will have a total of about 75 pages and then each subscriber site will be unlimited pages but they will all be based off the same some templates, with a few of them being flash templates. Please see the sites listed above that we are trying to make our site look like/clone. They all offer a free trial, please sign up for this so you can see the whole picture of what we are looking for. We are going to need ways to track invitations, and display site locations maps etc…I think the best way for you to understand is to just look for yourself. Also at [login to view URL] look at the photo album that uses flash. We are going to need something that is very similar! We want all rights to the site and code when completed. The site should be easy enough, so that we can update the site our self and add new templates each month. We would like technical support for at least 6 months but prefer a year. We also will need you to help update the site once a month. We are projecting 10,000 (in 5 years) subscriber so the Database needs to be able to hold about 500GB of info today or have the available to grow as we need it to. Please answer the following questions in your bid: 1. how long have you been building sites? 2. how would you communicate the progress of the site and how often? 3. how big is your team? 4. When can you have this completed by? I will provide the web design template on paper & you will provide the design and programming of database and related logic. I should be able to administrate the website content & manage customers with little or no programming knowledge. You should provide full documentation ( user and system manual & Source code should be very will commented for future maintenance). I need one stop shop responsible for everything ideally you will host the beta on your server for me to test it. What I care about is : 1. SPEED, reliability ( no bugs), security ( not simple password protection) & non-technical easy maintenance. 2. I do not mind if you use an of-the-shelf products/components or free ASP code, as long as it is well integrated, secure, and more cost effective. 3. You must demonstrate and provide a reference of similar websites functionality. I'm not paying you for development - I expect that you have already done these project so many times before and you can easily use code that you have already developed. Please proved examples of similar types of Database sites that you have created!!! If you can do it faster, you have better chance at winning the bid ( I will not consider pricing per hour… I'm buying a working product (this means to me that you have done this before and you have the code and you just need to install/customize the interface for my website with little effort) Please check if these payment terms are good for you before you bid (these terms are not negotiable) Payment terms acceptable to me: On Commencement : 10% On full beta version : 40% Full Testing, completion, Satisfaction of quality, completion of manuals and documentation 50% (after 2 weeks from beta version) You agree to refund all money paid if you are delayed or did not perform.
