Each month I need to sign in, click through several menus, and pull down the latest compliance reports in Excel format. I’d like a reliable script that does the whole routine for me: open the site, authenticate, navigate the necessary pages, trigger the download, and save the file locally with a clear date‐stamped name. Python with Selenium or a similar headless browser tool feels like the right approach, but I’m open to alternatives if you can guarantee stability. Please build the script so it can be scheduled (Cron, Task Scheduler, or another lightweight option) to run hands-free once a month, with simple configuration for the login credentials and download path.
