Completion of existing project

I recently used a developer who ran into some complications completing some work on my site. Old : [login to view URL] New project ; [login to view URL] The design of the site was created by me including banner, colour themes and all images. The site was built using joomla and needs the following completed ; * 3 separate forms for advertising on the site ( kittens/cats/studs). Example : [login to view URL] * Separate pages for 2 countries (UK/USA) and a page for 'rest of the world' for both advertisers and those looking for kittens. Example : [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] * The adverts should be automated with the choice (back-end) to decline/accept/edit an advert. *Advertisement payments will be through paypal with options for monthly subscriptions or a buy now yearly payment. *Once a breeder has created an account (sign-up accounts have already been implemented) and placed an advert, they may then have the option too 'upgrade' to a 'featured' listing (the modules are already in place) *We would like the site to be shown correctly in all major browsers. *There maybe a few tiny cosmetic details that will need completing also, but they are very minor. *The site will need to be search engine optimized. *We also need a contact form implemented *We also need the current URL addresses ; [login to view URL] (pagerank 3) so we do not lose the pagranks for these pages. *We don't want the site re-developed, just completed. *You will have access to the admin area of the site and server to complete the work. Please view the site as it is now to see how far along we are and give you a better understanding of the project notes : [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All major browsers.
