ATS & Styled Resume Upgrade

My current résumé needs a full refresh so it gets past Applicant Tracking Systems while still impressing hiring managers. I’d like two distinct documents: • An ATS-friendly version in Microsoft Word, stripped of graphics and complex tables, keyword-tuned for my target roles and fully scannable by mainstream parsing software. • A professionally formatted résumé for human readers, carrying a polished, formal look that mirrors the ATS content but uses thoughtful layout, subtle typography, and clear section hierarchy. Please also craft a matching cover letter that echoes the résumé’s branding and is easy for me to tailor to individual openings. Both files should be optimised for relevant industry keywords (SEO) without sounding forced, and the styled version must remain printable and screen-friendly. I’ll provide my existing résumé, target job descriptions, and any supporting details you need. Once finished, I’d like a quick review round to fine-tune wording or layout before final delivery in .docx and PDF.
