Our team is assembling the documentation set for an upcoming tender and I need a seasoned business analyst to zero-in on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 estate. Your day-to-day work will revolve around three pillars: pre-tender analysis, thorough requirement gathering and end-to-end process mapping. Depth in Dynamics 365 is essential—specifically hands-on experience in implementation, customisation and seamless integration. You will be expected to translate that expertise into clear, defensible tender-ready artefacts such as functional specs, process diagrams (BPMN or Visio), gap/fit analyses and a concise statement of work. While Dynamics 365 mastery sits at the core, familiarity with broader platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow will help you spot upstream and downstream impacts—particularly valuable given our hybrid application landscape. A health or not-for-profit background is a welcome bonus; many of the stakeholders you will interview operate in that sector, so an understanding of their funding and compliance pressures will accelerate workshops. Deliverables • Stakeholder-validated requirements register • End-to-end process maps highlighting pain points and improvement opportunities • Pre-tender analysis pack: scope, assumptions, risks, high-level timeline and budget breakdown Acceptance criteria: each document must be version-controlled, reference the relevant Dynamics 365 module and be written in plain English suitable for insertion directly into the RFT pack. If these outputs land on time and stand up to internal review, the engagement is a success.
