Tasks: • Continue the development of a global Document Management and Control System based on SharePoint: Taking end2end responsibility for the development of the Document Management and Control System (DMCS) o Collecting and driving harmonization of relevant processes and Meta Data o Creating standardized naming and numbering standards and procedures o Setting up a proof of Concept – integrating SharePoint, Exyte’s Document Control System and the Design and Construction Platform • Roll out the global Document Management and Control System: Taking end2end responsibility for the implementation of the DMCS System o Setting up a first pilot on a life project – integrating SharePoint and Exyte’s Document Control System, also linking to BIM360 o Planning and executing roll-out o Plan and prepare training o Plan and set up support structure for running
