Backup-Shell script to zip content by file with paths

Hello
tst-File with content-paths is stored in /home/user/
I need shell script which i can run by cronjob, which will go through this "tst" file and zip (installed on the server), line by line each folder/file to the /home/backup, as the name _ timestamp in microseconds .zip
Example:
/home/user/tst:
/paht/to/folderA
/paht/to/folderB
after Script run
/home/backup:
[login to view URL]
[login to view URL]
