Real-Time Shopify Orders to Sheets

I want every new order that hits my Shopify store to drop straight into a Google Sheet the moment it happens. The only columns I need are the total amount, the current order status, and the purchase date. Daily or weekly exports are too slow—this has to run in real time. My preference is to do this through Shopify Flow because it keeps everything inside the platform, but I’m open to a lightweight webhook or app-based workaround if it meets the same speed and reliability. I’ll give you API access to a test store and the destination sheet so you can build, map the three fields, and prove the sync works with live orders. Deliverables: • A working Shopify Flow (or equivalent) that appends a new row with total, status and date the instant an order is created or updated • A live Google Sheet showing real-time population of those three fields • A brief hand-off note covering the trigger logic, field mapping, and how to reconnect credentials if tokens expire Once this is in place I should be able to watch orders roll in on the sheet without touching anything.
